GemLife is seeking an experienced Residential Site Manager to lead a 16-week build program at the Cotswold Hills community in Toowoomba. You will run the site, manage trades, and deliver high-quality villas for the luxury over-50s development.

Work closely with Head Office teams and an Area Construction Manager, ensuring WHS compliance, on-time delivery, and strong relationships with local trades. This is a long-term, single-site prospect with regional expansion.
