Keegan Adams Recruitment partners with a quick-growing Australian non-bank lender to recruit a Collections / Loan Servicing specialist. You will own a portfolio of active loans and engage with customers and brokers ahead of key milestones, focusing on practical outcomes before arrears or default.
You’ll work closely with Credit, Operations and other teams to deliver compliant customer solutions, support hardship applications, and help with extensions or restructures in line with policy.
