Shadforth on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Loader Operator to support residential and industrial subdivisions and major infrastructure projects. You will operate loaders on civil construction sites, maintain safety standards, and work with a skilled on-site team.

This casual role runs 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with potential Saturday work. The position offers overtime at higher rates, travel allowances for eligible site staff, and transparent pathways to ongoing, permanent
