Club Burleigh on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Chef to lead daily kitchen operations, menu planning, costing, and team mentoring in a high-volume club environment.

Reporting to the Club Manager, you will oversee food preparation across all trading periods, ensure food safety, and collaborate with front-of-house to deliver excellent service; salary 87,000–90,000 AUD gross annually.
