Hillcrest Christian College in Reedy Creek, QLD, is seeking an experienced educational leader to join the Senior Learning Community as Deputy Head of Senior Learning Community. The role focuses on student wellbeing, pastoral care and shaping a Christ-centred culture.

You will partner with the Head of Community to lead improvement initiatives, mentor staff, oversee significant student programs and uphold high standards of behaviour, attendance and engagement.
