Wingboy is seeking an experienced HR Manager to own our people function across five Sydney venues, splitting time between home and in office visits. You’ll recruit, onboard, manage compliance, employee relations, and culture with a hands-on leadership approach.

You’ll bring 3–5+ years in HR within hospitality, strong knowledge of Fair Work and modern awards, and experience with Tanda. This role offers hybrid work, professional development, and a dynamic team culture.
