About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated Lawyer with 1-3 years of post-admission experience to join their Corporate Health, Aged Care & Retirement Living team in Brisbane. This role involves working closely with partners who are leaders in these sectors, offering a unique opportunity to develop your expertise in corporate advisory, transactions, and disputes within highly regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Advise clients in the health, aged care, and retirement living sectors
- Manage corporate advisory tasks, transactions, and dispute resolution
- Collaborate directly with top-tier clients, building strong relationships
- Prepare and review legal documents with meticulous attention to detail
- Support complex cases and contribute to strategic legal solutions
- Engage in interstate and international transactions as part of a global team

Requirements

- 1-3 years of post-admission experience in corporate law
- Expertise in dealing with highly regulated industries
- Strong analytical and drafting skills




- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and client service orientation
- Proficiency with document management systems like FileSite

Additional Information

- Salary of $100,000 to $130,000 DOE
