Crocs is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Westfield Chatswood to lead a customer-first team, drive sales and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will supervise daily operations, support scheduling and POS handling, manage stock replenishment and promotions, and ensure high quality service and visual presentation.

Requirements include 1–2 years of retail experience, 18+ years, High School Diploma, English fluency, and flexibility for nights and weekends.
