Access Lifecare in North Brisbane is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to provide personalised in-home and facility-based support to clients in our Supported Independent Living facilities.

You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, meal preparation and transport to appointments, while maintaining dignity and safety. Flexibility to work diverse shifts is essential, with ongoing supervision and team collaboration.
