With a strong focus on community engagement, innovation and customer experience, this organisation is seeking a Digital and Social Communications Support Officer to support its marketing and communications team.

Your New Role As the Digital and Social Communications Support Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting digital communications, social media and marketing initiatives across a range of programs, services and events.

- Assisting with the delivery of digital marketing and communications campaigns
- Managing and updating website and digital content through content management systems
- Supporting social media activity, content planning and community engagement
- Writing and editing content for websites, social media, EDM, brochures and publications
- Coordinating advertising bookings across digital and traditional media channels
- Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on campaign performance




- Providing administrative support, including financial processing, forecasting and record keeping
- Supporting broader communications, marketing and stakeholder engagement activities as required

About you

- Experience in digital communications, marketing, social media or a similar role
- Robust written communication, copywriting and editing skills
- Experience managing website content and digital platforms
- Knowledge of social media trends, best practice and content creation
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively within a team
- Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related discipline is desirable
