InfoTrack is seeking a Client Relationship Manager in Sydney to grow and retain our existing client base by strengthening relationships and driving product adoption.

You will engage clients via phone, email and webinars, identify upsell opportunities, and partner with internal teams to deliver outstanding outcomes while minimising churn. This role suits a proactive sales skilled thriving in a fast-paced environment. A strong track record in account management and CRM proficiency is required.
