Cumberland City Council is hiring a Casual Customer Service Officer for its Aquatic Centres. You will be the first point of contact for swim-centre enquiries and bookings, delivering friendly, efficient service across multiple locations.

Role requires WWCC, First Aid, solid communication and teamwork, and experience with leisure-management software. Casual loading plus 12% superannuation and weekend penalties apply.
