The GEO Group Australia is seeking a Wellbeing Support Facilitator at Ravenhall Correctional Centre to deliver life skills and wellbeing programs that prepare participants for successful reintegration. You will use screening to identify needs, develop achievable goals and connect participants with relevant programs.
You will work closely with GEO staff and Alliance Partners to coordinate interventions, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records for continuous improvement and better outcomes.
