Job Description

As an Assistant Valuer you will learn to use our systems and understand processes, while developing your understanding of commercial property markets. The role will support the commercial valuer, assisting in the field on inspections as well as in all aspects of the production of valuation reports.

About the Candidate

We seek an enthusiastic student or recent graduate to learn alongside a highly experienced certified commercial valuer in Townsville.



No experience is necessary as you will learn every element of the valuation process from the initiation stage, compliance with client rules and industry governance, network development, conducting market research analysis, inspection, and reporting of commercial properties.

Ideal for a school leaver, if you have a passion for learning and an interest in Commercial properties, This opportunity is available on a full-time basis, and flexible work accommodations will be available for the right candidate.

- A passion for property and associated commodities
- Willingness and capacity to study towards a Property Industry degree
- A high degree of computer literacy, good mathematical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- High level of energy and enthusiasm
- Strong attention to detail with strong analytical capability
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- No valuation experience is necessary at this stage
