Genea in Sydney is seeking a Risk, Quality & Compliance Manager to lead governance, policy and incident response during a maternity cover period. You will partner with clinical, operations and QA teams to maintain accreditation standards and drive continuous improvement.

This fixed-term role focuses on risk assessment, policy updates, audit preparation and regulatory reporting, with responsibilities spanning incident management, training, and oversight of quality systems to protect patient
