North Sydney, NSW | Hybrid – 2–3 days in the office

$80K–$110K base + super

IMPORTANT: You MUST have previous MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience to be considered. Please do not apply if you haven't worked for an MSP.

Cipher Recruitment is looking for an experienced Level 3 Service Desk Engineer to join a growing IT services business following the onboarding of a recent client!

You’ll join a team of 16 Level 3 Engineers with strong networking backgrounds, working in a business of approximately 50 employees.

Key Skills & Experience

- Proven senior-level support experience within an MSP or IT services workplace
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- VMware & Hyper‑V




- Cisco/Meraki & Aruba networking
- Windows Server, SQL & Active Directory
- ITIL v4 Foundation knowledge or experience
