Soul Support is seeking a compassionate Youth Disability Support Worker to join our team in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast. This casual role helps young people with disabilities to achieve goals, build independence, and participate in their communities.

You will assist with daily living, support social activities, and work with families and carers. Experience with Autism is preferred, and a genuine commitment to person-centred care is essential.
