Double SB Wines T/A Denton Wine is seeking a highly skilled, full time Winemaker / Senior Assistant Winemaker to lead technical winery operations, quality control, and vintage management. You will coordinate daily winery operations, implement fermentation and maturation programs, and supervise cellar staff in a premium regional winery.

A Bachelor’s degree in oenology or wine science and 5+ years of post-qualification experience are required; strong leadership and capacity for extended peak hours
