Uniting is seeking a Team Manager to lead the Client Contracts Officer Team across Newcastle and Unanderra. You will oversee contract preparation, approvals and resident admissions, while guiding a remote/hybrid team and coordinating with Finance and external stakeholders.

The role focuses on ensuring accurate documentation, regulatory compliance and productive processes, with monthly travel between sites and strong leadership across dispersed teams.
