Australian Positive Food Guide (AGFG) is seeking a hands-on Recruiter and Trainer for the Gold Coast region. You’ll run recruitment through onboarding, screen and interview candidates, and coach new starters to strong performance in sales and customer service.

You'll design and deliver practical training, build a talent pipeline, and collaborate with department heads to continually improve materials and outcomes. A commercial mindset and initiative are essential to drive results across the team.
