Little Mountain Community Services Business Solutions Pty is seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker to assist a participant with complex clinical and personal care needs in Little Mountain. You will provide personal care, PEG feeding, and tracheostomy support under care plans, and help with daily living and community participation.

We welcome applicants with experience in high-intensity disability support, solid communication, and a person-centred approach.
