Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network in Gumeracha is seeking a Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator to design and deliver diverse leisure, lifestyle, and therapeutic activities for residents, supporting independence and social connection.

You will collaborate with families, staff, and volunteers to foster a person-centred aged care workplace, monitor participation, and continuously improve programs to meet changing needs.
