Harmony is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to lead heavy civils and bulk earthworks for a major tailings storage facility at Eva Copper, Cloncurry NW QLD. This site-based role focuses on safety, quality and program delivery while coordinating with contractors and the owner’s team.

You will supervise SMP, structural steel and concrete packages, develop daily work plans, manage in office documentation and ensure environmental compliance.
