Working alongside our Warehouse Coordinator, you'll help pick, pack and dispatch online orders, handle incoming stock and keep our warehouse organised. You'll already know your way around a warehouse or eCommerce fulfilment environment and enjoy the satisfaction of getting orders out accurately, beautifully packed and on time. This is a casual role with hours that vary depending on order volumes. We'll need extra hands around collection launches, sales and busy dispatch periods, so flexibility is important.

- Making sure every parcel meets our presentation standards, with the right packaging, labels and inserts
- Helping meet daily dispatch deadlines while keeping accuracy and care front of mind

- Flagging stock discrepancies, damaged items or order issues to our Warehouse Coordinator

About you

- Previous warehouse or eCommerce fulfilment experience essential; fashion experience a bonus
- An eye for detail and the ability to keep pace during busy periods
- Reliable, proactive and happy working independently or with the crew
- Confident with basic computer systems; dispatch or scanner experience a plus
- Comfortable being on your feet and safely moving stock
- Adaptable availability, especially around launches and sales

About us

We're Only Lovers Left - OLL for short. Born from experimenting with hand-dyed clothing, we're a fashion label with a love for colour, creativity and that feeling of summer you wish would hang around all year. We make clothes with personality, for people who like to do things their own way. Joy, self-expression and our community are at the heart of what we do - and we care just as much about how an order arrives as what's inside it. Behind the scenes, we're a small, hands-on team based in Port Macquarie.
