About You

We are looking for someone who is organised, accurate and comfortable working with detailed information. You will ideally bring:

- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively to deadlines
- Experience maintaining records, files and databases
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to assist employees and managers with queries
- Sound computer skills and the ability to learn current systems
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion and confidentiality
- Previous experience with SAP and/or Kronos is preferred but not essential
- Experience working with payroll, time and attendance, HR admin or interpreting Awards and Enterprise Agreements would be highly regarded

Located 12km south of Townsville, a major gateway to Queensland’s world-renowned Great Barrier Reef, the JBS Townsville Plant is JBS Australia’s most northern operation. Cattle are sourced from a wide supply area, including the Northern Territory, north and north-western Queensland and packed into the AMH brand, the most trusted name in beef. The plant employs approximately 500 team members with a processing capacity of 900 head of cattle per day.
