Align Kitchens is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team in Brisbane. We are a family-run business with a dedicated team, helping families create beautiful spaces and achieve their visions for their homes.

Our projects include kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, wardrobes,cabinetryand other interior renovation works. Every person involved plays a critical role, from our designers and cabinetmakers to our coordinators,installersand tradespeople. We are looking for someone who can bring these people and processes together, keeping projects organised and ensuring every job is finished with care.

This is a hands-on role overseeing residential renovations from project handover through to installation, tradecoordinationand final completion. You will be practical,proactiveand confident managing multiple projects, multiple teams, solving site issues and keeping customers informed along the way.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinatekitchen installs andresidential renovation projects from handover through to practical completion.
- Review plans,specificationsand job requirements before workscommence.
- Schedule and coordinate installers, cabinetmakers, plumbers, electricians, tilers, stonesuppliersand other trades.
- Coordinate site readiness, materials,deliveriesand trade sequencing.
- Monitor installation progress,identifypotential delays and resolve site issues promptly.
- Liaise with customersregardingschedules, site works and project progress.
- Work closely with designers, check measurers,



drafters,productionand administration.
- Monitor workmanship to ensure works meet Align Kitchens’ quality expectations.
- Coordinate defects,reworksand outstanding items through to completion.
- Manage multiple active renovation projects and competing priorities.
- Relevant experience in residential renovations, construction, cabinetmaking,joineryor a related industry.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating renovation projects,installationsor multiple trades.
- Strong understanding of residential construction and renovation sequencing.
- Understanding of relevant Australian Standards and NCC requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings.
- Understanding of cabinetry construction and installation methods.
- Strong organisational, scheduling and time management skills.
- High levelof accuracy and attention to detail.
- Practical problem-solving skills and confidence making decisions on site.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades,suppliersand projects simultaneously.
- Competent use of digital technology and project management systems.

Desired Requirements

- Certificate III in Cabinet Making, carpentry, building or another relevant construction trade.
- Previousexperience as a Renovation Project Manager, Construction Coordinator, Site Supervisor, Installation Manager or similar.
- Experience coordinating plumbing, electrical, tiling, stone, cabinetry, plastering,paintingand other residential trades.
- Experience withSimPROor similar project management software.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD,Microvellum, Cabinet Vision,Mozaikor similar software.
