Purple Patch Consulting is seeking compassionate Support Workers to assist NDIS participants living in their own homes across Australia. Roles focus on preserving independence, dignity and choice through personalised in-home support and community access.

Responsibilities include domestic tasks, meal prep, personal care, transportation, and social engagement, with shifts that may include mornings, evenings, weekends and overnight roster coverage.
