Mercy Health Heidelberg requires an experienced Executive Assistant to the Chief Nursing and Midwifery Officer. You will manage complex calendars, prepare correspondence, and coordinate travel and conferences for the CNMO, ensuring effective operations and stakeholder coordination on site in Heidelberg.

With at least 5 years in health care, you will bring strong communication, strategic thinking and digital fluency (MS 365/Teams).
