Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager in Geelong to lead a 20+ robust team, driving service and operations across a high-volume store. You will open and close the store on weekdays and weekends, coach staff, and deliver the Best Experience to customers.
You will work with fellow department managers and monitor safety, merchandising, stock accuracy, and KPIs while building strong supplier relationships. A strong focus on safety and wellbeing is essential for success in this role.
