Life Without Barriers is seeking a Case Manager (Child Youth and Family) based in Orange, NSW. The role focuses on holistic support for young people facing emotional and behavioural challenges, with weekly home visits across the Western region and a fortnight on-call roster.

You will develop and implement case plans, coordinate with Care Team members, and provide ongoing support to carers to ensure the wellbeing and safety of children and young people in care.
