City of Whittlesea is seeking an Enhanced Maternal and Child Health Nurse (PD) to join our growing team. This permanent, part time role (0.63 EFT) contributes to universal and enhanced MCH services, delivering evidence-based practice to families experiencing vulnerabilities and early parenting challenges.
You will assess and support the development of children aged 0-3, partner with families to set goals and implement action plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues.
