Endeavour Group’s Colyton venue is seeking an Assistant Manager to help keep the pub buzzing and loved by locals. This hands-on role involves supervising a team, learning from the Publican, and delivering exceptional service at high-volume events.

You’ll lead shifts with energy, manage daily operations, ensure safety and great vibes, and build solid guest relationships. RSA/RCG/ARCG required; base salary from $80,000 plus super, bonus scheme, and group-wide discounts.
