Optimum Health Solutions is seeking a registered nurse to support NDIS participants across Sydney's south and inner west. This role starts part-time with a genuine path to full time as caseload grows, and you will manage your own diary and travel, visiting clients in the community rather than a clinic setting.
You'll work independently, build relationships with participants through repeat visits, and be backed by a multidisciplinary team. Location: Norwest, NSW.
