Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) is seeking an Employment Development Officer to join Packforce in Wetherill Park, NSW. You will guide new supported employees through onboarding and assess initial production competency for wage assessments after 12 weeks.

You will collaborate with the Business Development Manager and Site Manager to attract suitable staff, train DSPs on learning journeys, and tailor support to each client’s needs, while maintaining an inclusive, protected workplace.
