Procare's Factual Investigation Division are seeking FactualInvestigatorsknowledgeableinWorkers Compensation and CTP investigationsto join our expanding team inCanberra!

We have full time and contractor roles available.

The Role:

- Attend various locations, predominantly within Canberra and a proportion of work across ACT;
- Interview key parties, take statements and gather relevant evidence;
- Keep the investigations support team and other relevant parties informed throughout each matter; and
- Prepare detailed, accurate factual reports within required timeframes.

What you'll bring:

- Certificate III in Investigations;
- Current Investigator Licence (Class 2E), plus a Master Licence if applying as a contractor;
- Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail,



self-motivation and the ability to meet deadlines; and
- Experience conducting Workers Compensation and/or CTP investigations ispreferred.
