Southern NSW Local Health District is seeking a Social Worker Level 1/2 for a temporary part time role up to 7 February 2026. The position offers an hourly rate of $40.05 to $57.14, with 24 hours per week and a close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to support patients and families.

You will provide holistic social work services, address social and emotional needs, and connect patients with resources while supporting recovery and wellbeing within our district.
