Burwood Council is seeking a Senior Team Leader, Civil Construction & Maintenance to supervise a small team and deliver civil works across roads, footpaths and drainage. You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate resources and ensure safety and quality in office.

You will lead contractors, oversee rostering and performance, and drive continuous improvement in work practices while maintaining strong community engagement in Burwood.
