RediPlant is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Brisbane-based team. This full-time, hybrid role combines in office client visits with some work from home, and focuses on growing our presence in the construction and civil sectors.

You will prospect and qualify leads, prepare proposals and quotes, meet clients, and negotiate terms. Collaboration with operations and hire desks ensures equipment availability and customer satisfaction, with regular sales reporting to leadership.
