Megaward Property Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of about 150 residential properties in our Chatswood team. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintain solid landlord and tenant relationships.
This role requires a solid understanding of NSW real estate laws, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with PropertyTree and Microsoft Office. A valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle are essential.
