Know CargoWise from the operator's chair? Come and work on the other side of it.

You've spent time in freight forwarding or customs, using CargoWise every day. You've wondered why it's set up the way it is, and how it could work better. This role is where you get to answer that.

About the role

- Configuring workflow templates and PAVE boards, then testing them and training operators
- Setting up and training users in AI agents such as Commercial Invoice Ingestion and Classification Assistant, and training users on them
- Running CargoWise health checks and producing the reports
- Delivering setup and changes across CargoWise, and supporting customers directly

Where it goes

As your capability grows, you'll take on more of each project, including design and client-facing work. How far and how rapid is up to you. Progression is based on what you can do, not how long you've been here.

About you

- Freight forwarding or customs brokerage operations background
- Hands-on CargoWise use as an operator
- CargoWise admin, setup, configuration or workflow experience
- Experience training users or supporting a system change

- Interest in flow, process improvement or Theory of Constraints

How you work

- You ask why things are done a certain way, and want to make them better
- You enjoy new problems and don't freeze when there's no manual
- You take a standard or feature and work out how to adapt it, by testing and iterating
- You ask for help early rather than going quiet
- You manage your own workload without needing a fixed task list each day

About us

ViAGO is a CargoWise Service Partner working with freight forwarders, customs brokers and 3PLs across Australia and New Zealand. We implement and improve CargoWise, with a focus on how work flows through an operation. That comes from more than 30 years of Theory of Constraints practice, the last 10 of them in logistics. We assisted WiseTech Global in building PAVE, the Theory of Constraints-based workflow engine in CargoWise.

We're a small team, so you'll work directly or indirectly with everyone in the business.
