Edition Hospitality Pty Ltd is opening NOMAD Brisbane, a premium, high-volume venue, and seeks an exceptional Head Chef to lead the kitchen and bring NOMAD Brisbane to life.

Working with the Culinary Director, you will shape the food, set standards, and build the kitchen team ahead of the Summer 2027 opening on James Street. You will oversee menu development, systems, vendor relations, and financial performance.
