Guest & Operations Coordinator – Luxury Holiday Rentals

This is a full-time, permanent position working five days a week, Thursday to Monday. Your days off are Tuesday and Wednesday, every week. You'll be central to the day-to-day running of the business, keeping guests happy, properties running smoothly and owners well informed. That's especially true over the weekends, which are our busiest time.

Key responsibilities

Managing guest enquiries, bookings and messaging across Airbnb, Booking.com, and our direct channel

Handling check-ins, guest issues and requests promptly and professionally

Coordinating housekeeping, linen and maintenance with our field team and trades

Keeping reservations, calendars and property information accurate in our property management system

Talking with property owners and supporting a high standard of owner service

Helping manage reviews and protect our reputation

About you

Proven experience in hospitality (Restaurants, hotel, resort or holiday letting) or property management

Calm and solution-focused under pressure, especially on busy weekends and in peak season

Excellent written and spoken communication, with a warm, professional manner

Organised, detail-oriented and confident with technology.



Experience with a property management system or channel manager is highly regarded.

Looking for a long-term position where you can settle in and grow with us

Full-time availability, Thursday to Monday, including every Saturday and Sunday

Live in or close to the Noosa area. This is an office-based role in Noosa Heads.

Current driver's licence and reliable transport
