Life Without Barriers is seeking a Therapeutic Youth Worker to support children and young people aged 12 to 17 who have experienced trauma, abuse or neglect. The role is based in Orange and operates within 24/7 residential homes, requiring rostered shifts including afternoons, sleepovers and weekends.

Successful applicants will have a Diploma in Community Services or related qualification (or equivalent), plus First Aid and a valid driver’s licence.
