Smart Energy is seeking an Inbound Sales Manager to build and lead a home electrification phone sales team. You will recruit, onboard, and coach staff, establish processes, and drive lead conversion from digital channels to sales.

In this role you’ll own targets, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with marketing to improve campaign performance, while ensuring a high-quality customer experience from enquiry to delivery.
