We're looking for an experienced and professional Waiter to join our team and provide exceptional food and beverage service to our valued guests. This is a full time, ongoing position based in Jugiong, NSW. You'll serve food and beverages in our hotel and dining venue.

We're looking for an experienced and professional Waiter to join our team and provide exceptional food and beverage service to our valued guests. This is a full-time, ongoing position based in Jugiong, NSW. You'll serve food and beverages in our hotel and dining venue.

What you'll do

- Set up tables and arrange seating for customers
- Take food and beverage orders
- Recommend and suggest menu items to customers




- Clear tables and keep the dining area clean and presentable
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues or complaints
- Take payment from customers
- Stock and replenish supplies and inventory as needed
- Follow health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, hygienic work environment

About you

- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Waiter or Food and Beverage Attendant in a dining or similar environment
- A high level of English, both spoken and written, so you can communicate effectively with staff, suppliers and customers
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures
- Professional presentation and attention to detail
- The ability to handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively
- An understanding of hygiene and workplace health and safety standards

Qualifications

- AQF Certificate II or III in Hospitality or Food and Beverage Service, or at least one year of relevant experience in place of formal qualifications
- Additional on-the-job training or relevant certifications (such as RSA) may be required
