YOUR NEW ROLE

In this KEY role reporting to an industry-leading partner ( from top-tier law firm background), you will love the CHALLENGE+SATISFACTION+ AUTOMOMY helping seriously injured clients obtain justice in respect of their total permanent disablement claims.

You will have your own practice managing your own TPD, income protection/other insurance claim files from start to finish:

- providingaccurate and timely legal advice to clients, explaining rights, entitlements, and potential outcomes.
- Draft and review legal documents, claim submissions, and correspondence with insurers, superannuation funds, and other stakeholders.
- Liaising with medical professionals, financial advisors, and other third parties to gather evidence and build strong cases.
- representing clients in negotiations, mediations, or other dispute resolution processes where necessary.
- contribute to team meetings, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- are a NSW admitted lawyer with minimum 1 years OR MORE (up to senior) PLAINTIFF personal injury legal experience specifically in total permanent disablement/superannuation insurance claims;

- have proven ability to highly autonomously manage your own cases from start to finish;

- have strong Microsoft Office (including Word) skills+comfortable to work in a paperless workplace;

- have strong communication, interpersonal and time prioritisation skills;

- can work in a vibrant, fast-paced deadline driven environment;

- are hungry to progress your personal injury legal career LONG-TERM with an employer committed to investing in your success.
