Busy Bees is seeking a Lead Educator at the Pimpama centre in Queensland. This full-time role focuses on leading the daily learning program, mentoring room educators, and creating a secure, engaging environment where children thrive.

You will drive high-quality education aligned with EYLF and NQS, build solid family/community relationships, and ensure centre policies are followed while supporting children’s development and wellbeing.
