Bushland Health Group Limited in NSW seeks a Registered Nurse for its graduate transition program and permanent nursing roles in residential aged care. You will be supported by clinical staff to deliver secure, evidence-based care for residents with complex needs.

Participants gain skills in wound, pain, dementia, and diabetes care; program runs for 12 months with potential permanency on completion. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
