Silky Oaks Children's Haven in Capalaba, QLD, is seeking an experienced HR Adviser to join our not-for-profit team, 4 or 5 days a week. You will balance operational HR support with strategic people initiatives in a purpose-driven organisation.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will advise on employee relations, recruitment, performance management, wellbeing, and workforce planning while helping build a positive, secure, and high-performing workplace culture.
