St John of God Midland Private Hospital is seeking a Hospital Coordinator (After Hours) to lead operations after hours, oversee patient flow and staffing, and support clinical teams for protected, high-quality care. You will collaborate with Nurse Managers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure staffing resources align with service demands after hours.

You are an experienced nursing leader with NMBA registration and a track record in workforce management, clinical governance, and driving improvements
